John W. Bailey

Mr. Bailey is both the owner and editor of the Japan Washington Bulletin ™ and is a United States Patent Attorney working and living in the Falls Church and Annandale  areas of  Northern Virginia, respectively.  The Japan Washington Bulletin ™ was initially developed prior to a one year stay by Mr. Bailey in Osaka Japan  during 1999, and is based on  Mr. Bailey's career in the IP legal field as well as his interests in Japan,  its people, and Asia more generally.
